Types of payment.

Prepayment to the bank account.

For citizens of Ukraine
    All payments are settled in UAH. The conversion rate for USD corresponds to the National Bank exchange rate of USD to UAH on the date of payment.
    Natural persons can pay for services with the help of bank transfer to the bank account of New Logic, Ltd through the savings bank or any other bank of Ukraine (bank charge is 3% of the amount). You can also send money through the post but it will cost you 10 % plus to the amount of your booking). Juridical persons pay according to an issued invoice.

For foreigners
    Payments can be received in UAH (in accordance with the regulations for citizens of Ukraine), in Russian Rubles, USD or EURO.
    The conversion rate for RUR, USD, EURO or other free convertible currency corresponds to the Ukrainian National Bank exchange rate of the currency to UAH on the date of payment. The rate for RUR is 1-2% higher than Russian National Bank.
    Natural persons can pay for services when in RUR with the help of bank transfer to the bank account of New Logic, Ltd through the savings bank or any other bank of Ukraine (the bank commission is 3% of amount). You can also send money by post but it will cost you 10 % plus to the amount of booking). Juridical persons pay according to an issued invoice in any free convertable currency.

Please indicate date, amount, number of order, your name and surname and the number of payment document in your message. Confirmation or delivery of your order will be send/done right after the fact of payment. All necessary documents will be sent you by post.

Payment in cash

    You or your representative can pay any service that you have booked on our site in UAH in the offices of New Logic, Ltd (head office Mon-Fri 09:00 - 18:00, office in the shopping centre "Globus" located on the square Maidan Nesalezhnosti (Independence Square) all week around 10:00 - 21:00). Tickets for international flights can be paid for either in UAH or in USD. Conversion rate corresponds to exchange rate of the air company. Payment for hotel bookings is to be received by the company not later than 3 days prior to the date of check-in.

Credit cards

   The following credit cards are acceptable: VISA International, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERRICAN EXPRESS.
   To pay with a credit card you have to fill in the APPLICATION FORM and send it to us by fax (38 044) 206-33-22.
   Please pay attention that according to the legislation system of Ukraine all payments made by credit cards are regarded as cashless settlements therefore 3 % extra will be charged and also additional bank charge of your bank is possible.
   Cards Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard without CVV2 (CVC2) (special control number) are not acceptable because of the increased number of fakes and falsifications.

In hotel upon arrival

    In some hotels direct payment to hotel is possible. Clint pays directly to the hotel upon arrival according to the booking made through New Logic, Ltd.

Prices

    All prices are available only if booking is made through New Logic, Ltd.

Taxes

    All taxes are included into the prices on our site. Taxes are not written separately in receipts or invoices if the payment is not in UAH.
